The Chliapa family began to traditionally process olives and make them standard about 60 years ago. Today it has 6,500 trees with the annual production of edible olives ranging from 200-220 tons.

The purpose of ELIES CHLIAPA is the production, processing and distribution of a certified product, with natural processing, with respect for tradition and especially to the consumers who choose it.

At the same time, special attention is paid to the choice of raw materials, because the most important point in a proper food that does not receive chemical treatment and additional preservatives is the excellent quality. For this reason, they choose the fruits that will be packaged and promoted in the market.

The company of Panagiotis Chliapas has been awarded in recent years for the black dehydrated olive, the green olive and last for the green crushed olives with lemon pepper in the 3rd Greek Table Olive Competition, held within the 4th "Agro Quality Festival".
